[storm] Branches for 0.13

Hello there!

I just had a full pass on all pending branches which are proposed for
merging providing reviews to everything I could.

All the current proposals for merging may be seen at:

    https://code.launchpad.net/~storm/storm/trunk/+merges

To help a bit, I'm posting the current situation below.  As you can
see, James Henstridge and Thomas Herve have been very busy! :-)

The following branches need another review, and need some
minor changes from the first review too:

    lp:~therve/storm/postgres-autocommit-2
    lp:~jamesh/storm/result-randomisation

The following branches are pretty much just waiting for the second review:

    lp:~therve/storm/binary-and
    lp:~jamesh/storm/django-support

The following branches have two reviews and are ready for integration
(perhaps after fixing something pointed out in reviews, please check
the review).
