make sure you've committed everything to your local branch, then

  bzr push bzr+ssh://yourlpuser@bazaar.launchpad.net/~yourlpuser/storm/branchname

where "yourlpuser" is your username on launchpad, and "branchname" is
whatever descriptive name you gave your branch.

You'll need to have an ssh public key on Launchpad already for this to
work. This can be set up at http://launchpad.net/~yourlpuser.
