I'm fairly sure you'll need to use:

    bzr push sftp://jolson@bazaar.launchpad.net/~jolson/storm/dbf-support

However, it's best to get in the habit of using bzr+ssh, e.g.:

    bzr push bzr+ssh://jolson@bazaar.launchpad.net/~jolson/storm/dbf-support

Because Launchpad's bzr+ssh is going to keep getting faster as the year goes on.
