Claws mail is configured much like that. It has Reply, Reply to All
and Reply to Sender (instead of Reply to List since the sender is the
individual and the list just forwards these messages).

Wrong!! If you look at the header it says. <br>

<b>From: </b>the individual's Email Address.<br>
<b>Sender</b>: <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:sounder-bounces@lists.ubuntu.com">sounder-bounces@lists.ubuntu.com</a><br>

Replies should be sent to the sender. Not the person whom the message
is from.<br>
