Really.
My first LXDE experience found compiz already enabled.  Perhaps it was
because I had already jumped through the proper hoops setting it up in
GNOME.  (actually it was Beryl, not compiz or compiz fusion).
That said, my installation of Lubuntu still won't run compiz.  Did you
install Lubuntu or just LXDE?
