Redirect <url>:10000 to subdomain.<url>

I don't know if anyone does, but if anyone wants to know how I ended
up doing it, I edited my /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default file
to show this at the end:

 RewriteRule ^/transmission$ \
            http://ubuntu:9091/transmission/web/ [R]

I'll change it with my DynDNS domain name later.
