Doesn't really matter. MS plays dirty as a matter of course; whatever
ammo it has, it will use. Patents on GUI operation, infringing code,
whatever.
And the fact that the Linux community just laughs off the GUI patents
issue is stupid, blind and plays /directly/ into MS' hands.
