Now that Comcast has put up a so called "Internet Toll Booth" and is
demanding money of Netflix's streaming video provider Level 3, then
I'd say the company just gave the FCC all the justification they need
to make this a reality.

I'd say it was probably either poor timing on their part, or the vote
was prompted by Comcast's actions.  My money is that Comcast thought
they could get away with it because of their previous court victory
against the FCC.

That's a bubble I can't wait to hear go "pop!"

The cable company is likely not going to have many friends after this
is over.  Their stupidity has potentially forced the FCC's hand.  AT&T
will be the most displeased of the bunch.
