Update: More contributors leave OpenOffice.org for LibreOffice

This brings an image to my mind of rats jumping from a sinking ship.

That's two open source projects that Oracle has pretty much flattened.
 First OpenSolaris and now OpenOffice.org.  I'm seeing a pattern here,
and I also see strings.  I wonder where they lead, they're attached to
Oracle and they lead all the way to .... oh, now how about that ...
they lead all the way to Redmond, Washington.  Hmmmm!!!!

Yeah, is SCO all over again folks.  MS is once again engaged in a
Proxy War, this time against Open Source.  Why am I not really
surprised.
