Rekonq is offered in the repo already. But probably nobody uses the new
stuff unless it is default. It worked with Dolphin, why shouldn't it
work with Reconq? The version of Reconq coming with 10.04 seems to be as
"good" as a browser, as Dolphin was as a file manager when it was made
the Kubuntu default. As long as Konqueror is still available, I don't
really care which is the default.

I don't think so. Making Reconq the default for 10.10 is OK, IMHO. Then
there is enough time to let it grow up before the next LTS version.
