Liam,
Just for your general culture, Karl isn't 73. When he sign's "73 Karl",
it's because he's a long time ammateur radio operator (HAM), and "73" is
a HAM's way / shortcut of saying "best regards" (think of how faster it
is to morse-code "73" than "BEST REGARDS"). Just as "88" stands for
"love and kisses". What we need more of on this list, methinks. :)
He *MAY* be 73 (for all I know), but that's certainly not a fact that
can be deducted from his signature. He will have the same signature next
year, and the ones after.
