The sign up page for sounder links to the Code of Conduct, and I've
also sent you a link to that document and the mailing list etiquette
page. You may not have seen them before, you have now.

This is an international community and whilst the proposed internet
laws of one country may be interesting to citizens of another, this
article really wasn't an appropriate way of illustrating your point.
