When I did internet tech support, many years ago - I still have a
PTSD-like reaction to the sound of a dial-up modem connecting - I used
to think that giving users something they could just copy would work.

DID HE REALLY NOT THINK TO CUT AND PASTE??

Also: Steve Jobs was right. A two-button mouse is too complicated for
the average person put in front of a computer.
