I think he means it is important to Ubuntu users who want to persuade 
their friends to drop Windows. Like when Vista initially scanned all 
your media files before copying to check to copyright infringement. That 
was presumably a Ballmer thing and a point to make at that time.

Otherwise, I won't care unless he has something up his sleeve against Linux.
