Well, M$ doesn't really have an option, as 67% of current business 
desktops (average 4.4 yrs. old) are running XP.

On the eve of Microsoft pulling the plug on support for Windows XP 
Service Pack (SP) 2, company officials announced they are extending 
downgrade rights for Windows XP.
