Hi, Alan,
You do know that the link you posted is yet another page that is not
referred to at all when one signs up for the list, I hope.  Maybe just
referral to the CoC is enough, or maybe that link should show up on the
sign-up page, too.  In either case it is not something with which a list
user will necessarily be familiar.
