> Be considerate
I've rarely seen this observed on this list at all.
> Be respectful
Most here definitely don't follow this either. On the Ubuntu-Users
support list, especially, I've seen people being treated with grievous
disrespect for no greater crime than not knowing English very well
because its not their native language.
> Be collaborative
Well, I've seen this, sometimes but eventually some troll or 1337ist
will get offended by something stupid and the list turns into a muck
racking contest.
> When you disagree, consult others
Seen it sometimes, but again someone will disagree and turn into a
reason to launch a jihad.
> When you are unsure, ask for help
God forbid if you're a newbie! There is no greater sin on this list
and Ubuntu-Users than to be a Newbie!
> Step down considerately
LMAO! ROFL! I think that pretty much explains things here.
> Avoid flamewars, trolling, personal attacks, and repetitive arguments
The #1 most IGNORED rule on Sounder and Ubuntu-Users. It might as
well not even be in the CoC because few if any here follow it. If
Sounder and Ubuntu-Users were battlefields they'd be scorched,
blistered, swiss cheesed with pockmarks and some areas would actually
glow in the dark!
