I bet that your nutjobs can't even give a proper definition of what an 
American is. And I don't like the word 'American' to describe 
inhabitants of the United States of America. There are two continents 
called America, and all inhabitants of both continents should have the 
right to call themselves Americans. The majority of Americans does not 
speak English...
