I was talking about Belgian law all the time and that it is an
implementation of European regulation so it is probably more or less the
same all over Europe.
I cannot and will not give you a link to the European regulation because I
don't know it.
I could give you the Belgian law, but I have to look it op on
http://www.bipt.be first (Belgian telecom regulator) but as you can see,
that site has issues...
