mail to individuals

Please do whatever is necessary for you to send these messages to the
list and not to me either directly or carbon copied as I /do/ read
Sounder. To send them directly to me and copy to the list gives me two
copies and breaks my own filtering of messages into proper
directories.  Thank you.
