mail to individuals

I now mainly check email using my browser.  I think as long as the
list wants to be set up replying as it does automatically, the many
who don't use an email program that will reply they way the list
master wants, will continue to reply to the sender without extra
steps.

This really feels like a really customer oriented software company,
like MS?.  The customer is dumb and always wrong.  The customer should
do it the way the programmer wants.  The only difference seems to be
that the programmer wants it done a certain way due to esoteric
reasons instead of laziness or incompetence.
