I won't deny what you wrote.
On the other hand, if a woman makes an effort to look good, not too much
but enough to be pleasant to the eye, it would be ignorant not to notice
it. You don't have to stare down her blouse, but just saying something
simple like "good morning, you look good today, is that a new haircut?"
shows your appreciation. And that's it, nothing more is needed. Same goes
for the men: not every office is tie-wearing, but at least wear a clean
shirt. It's a matter of respect for your co-workers.
