Not only in the UK but in the entire European Union. Sounds like a job for
EU commissioner Neelie Kroes.
Did you know that 90% of all new legislation is actually implementations
of EU law? When it's a law that is good for the people, local politicians
will claim the new law as their own. When it's a law that hurts people,
the local politicians wil blame "Brussels".
