I never said I had no chance to comment - I said such discussions go on
without encouraging any user input.  You've done nothing to show that
the "blueprints" pages are even discoverable by the average user, let alone
encouraged.  You've done nothing to show how users are encouraged to
participate in devel-discuss.

Some chance of that.  The last time you said you wouldn't deign to respond I
counted 195 posts in the thread, 45 by you (by far the largest
contribution).
