This is exactly what Amber has been doing.  She's not a developer or
anything (I understand she comes from a _really, really_ different
backround), but she's writing about what things in Ubuntu (and linux in
general) make or made things difficult for her.

Oh, and the fact that she's already using jaunty by now means that she
really wants to help us to improve Ubuntu (and "linux").  And of course
the risk is lower for her than for some other people, as she has
somebody around the house who can fix stuff if things break completely,
but that doesn't mean her experiences are less useful.  Quite the
contrary, it means she's can make mistakes that other people would make
too.

So, IMNSHO, Amber has done a lot of contributions to the Ubuntu/linux
desktop, and I hope she will continue doing so.
