Binary deltas in apt-get?

Haven't seen it in evidence on my Debian squeeze (testing) box - where
it would be *most* welcome thank you. I think you'd need serious
computer science power to convince the Debian community it was a
flawlessly robust idea - perhaps Tridge can be tempted to do it, he
wrote rsync after all ;-)
