It should be noted at this point that the honourable gentleman is of
course discussing a conceptual "Britain" with only a passing
resemblance to any Britain that exists or might ever have existed in
the reality-based world.

This thread does, of course, provide ample demonstration as to the
problems exacerbated by the American privatised health-care system.
Britain called it "care in the community," now they use intarwebs.
