No, but you're buying the front-end media story.

Not one person *anywhere* makes money when a bad bank loan is made.
None. And along comes the Congress, telling them that if ethnic people
of any stripe post a complaint about not getting a loan, the bank
can-and-will be shut down.

Along comes the organization started by two men who want to "end
poverty" by putting everyone onto welfare. Originally known as "CORN",
then later it picked up the "A"; Acorn's goal is a 'community organizer'
of sorts. Great deals of missing money, broken promises to it's
true-believers. They fought hard to get Obama installed, just as they
fought for every Democrat Congressman and once-open thinker.

Acorn then comes into a bank after they pass the Community
Reinvestment Act, and when the ethnic person shows he can't pay, the
ACORN rep yells and screams, telling the bank rep that "we'll sue".
Bank loan is made; Congress has decreed it.

Oh, look how the banks crash! That rascally capitalism is so
un-caring and hateful! In swoops Mr Congressman: we'll bail you out!
(Except we'll BUY you out, so we can decide who gets loans, and who DOES
banking business.)

It's not that Congress is stupid; they're just power hungry. Your
slowly coming to the truth has been intentional.

  - Promise colleges to pay for student loans, and the deans can ask for
any amount of money, causing colleges to cost more _every_semester_.

  - Promise to pay a person for the 30 years AFTER he's on an assembly
line, and you've broken a business model of the car companies. Darn;
that capitalism is at it again!

This isn't a time of 'bail outs', where toxic assets are cleared from
the books. This is a time where people like you and me who have invested
a great deal of their life savings into things like car companies get
SQUAT while people who've not only invested *NOTHING* have been living
off them for decades, the unions, get the lion's share.

But if you own the media anything can happen. And the state-run
media is really owned. Under Bush all we had were hate-Bush and
Life-suck stories. Now that unemployment has more than doubled, people
are getting fired at a rate of 500,000 a month, now we're told people
are going onto "Funemployment" as they now have time to sit in a park.

And I sit here trying to remember all my cold-war era crap; the
Russians declaring the supremacy of a starving people...people who can
be gone tomorrow for disabling their state-run radio in the kitchen that
awakes it's people to patriotic tunes for people who have no jobs to go
to. What stupidity? Haven't we seen how desperately miserable socialism
is? But because our congress and other seduced politicians want more
power, we're considering things like "Cap-and-Trade" to give them power
over the life of each-n-every business. And "Universal Healthcare" to
give them literally the power of choice as to who lives.

Then there's this. Pravda, the Russian agency named "Truth" in their
native tongue, has this to say:

"to defend against enemies of the Constituion, foreign and domestic."
