Yes and we have history to prove it, people worshipped the face that
launched a thousand ships, and the Visigoth's were adamant that
Constantinople was the proper Seat not Rome. I'm not sure what the
religious dispute was between Rome and Carthage, but Rome's own General
said that Rome was Apostate, ;)
