Seems far too "exclusive" to me.  There are some who post regularly with 
non-ubuntu.com addresses (yourself for instance) that appear to me to be 
true community members.  To me (personally, I don't speak for anyone 
else (nor do I expect many others to agree with me)) this is far more 
valuable than an occasional post by someone with an ubuntu.com address 
(even if what's to the left of the @ sign has the string "shuttleworth" 
in it).
