Back in the real world, I use Outlook QuoteFix.
My boss can top-post as much as he wants, it does not bother me.
And it doesn't bother him that I don't top-post, because I use interleaved
replies. Think of a more static version of Google Wave, if that helps you
understand.

Agreed. The tools to automatically fix bad mail behavior are out there.
People should stop complaining and start using them.
