Thanks Marc
My French is rather poor although from what I have looked through, the 
links refer to XP (?) not vista.
The eula originally referenced in OP is VIsta, and iirc XP eula does 
mention a refund, - it seems that VIsta does not.
Do any of the French items deal with this?
