People often want to speak someone from a certain team, or someone who's
the maintainer of a specific package (group). You can ping everyone you
know of that team, but often you don't know anyone.
A lot of IRC clients have the option to bleep when a certain word is
mentioned. I think it would be a good idea if every member of a team
would put the teamnames of teams they're a member of in that list(or
something similar, any thoughts?). So if anyone would type for example
'ping: ubuntu-bugcontrol' the members of bugcontrol now that their help
is needed. And if you're responsible for e.g. ALSA you'd put
alsa-maintainer in the list and people can find you.

What do you think?
