Well, it's just a bit of a tough call, as the authors explicitly state one 
needs a working Enigmail (or that other one, I forget) in order to use 
ReplyToList-plugin correctly. As I don't have that, I don't think I'm 
qualified to file said bug.

Seems that way, what a pity... Will be interesting to see whether the recent 
change within the Mozilla foundation makes any difference in T-bird's 
development.
