Maybe it is the rumoured news that Toshiba is considering selling
laptops with Ubuntu pre-installed for the Italian market:

So Dell-Ubuntu laptops for the US market.   Toshiba-Ubuntu laptops for
the Italians.    I wonder which type of laptop I will have to buy for
the Canadian market :)
