Are we getting the Edgy version of Gimp without Tango for Feisty?

One major difference is that someone took up the cause of packaging OOo
2.2 for feisty and nobody has done the same for gimp 2.3.
Also, OOo 2.2 is imminent (planned for this month). Gimp 2.4 has been in
progress for almost 2 years, and I'm not aware of any plan for release
(I'd be happy to be corrected on this).
