Yah, I e-mailed him about that one.  The other factual error I caught was
"Ubuntu-Desktop is a massive package which includes multiple programs."
Actually its a tiny package that directs Ubuntu to install other ones :)
What he did that made him think that was uninstall Firefox, which pulled out
a bunch of other stuff, *including* ubuntu-desktop.
