Sorry! Somehow the Universe repository was not enabled on this machine
(I was convinced it was).

I think what you can do is, to contact the MOTU team and ask if there is
a route to remove the program from the archives, otherwise you might
have to schedule it as a topic at an Ubuntu Council meeting. Even though
the content may be harmful, there are consequences to removing it, some
might see it as censorship, but I think the Ubuntu project can way it
up, and to me it doesn't seem unreasonable to remove it, since I would
imagine that a lot of the content of that documentation would go against
the Ubuntu CoC.
