Opera from dapper-commercial

When 9.02 came out (which included a fix for a "highly critical" security
flaw) I wrote to Canonical about updating the dapper-commercial package and
the response included a link to http://www.ubuntu.com/support/bugs so I
filed a bug report on launchpad:

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+bug/62405

Let's see what happens next! :)
