"BOF" : what does it stand for ?

Convention jargon for Birds of a Feather? (Meaning a meeting for a
like minded sub-group of the convention)
Most appropriate if it got its start at Audobon Society meetings, but
sci-fi cons predate the internet, and I heard it first there.
Message on a bullitin board; "There will be a BOF of Furrys in the
Prestigious Dining Room at 7 PM Sunday"
