New dapper-commercial packages

| Not a huge deal, but there still isn't a PPC architecture Ubuntu version
| of Opera. (See  https://launchpad.net/bugs/52409 )

The reason for this being that we haven't been given a source package
with powerpc binaries from the Opera people.  I'll prod my contact and
see what comes of it.
