Why do you say they don't have the legal right to ship them.
Mandriva ships them. Linspire ships them. Xandros ships them. Obviously
one can obtain the rights to do so. I've not used either in several
years, but I seem to recall that both SUSE (pre-Novell) and RedHat had
the rights as well.
