Sun to open source Java?

hmm, sounder mistake again, this was meant to go to the list, sorry Robin

I see the JDK is being open sourced, does this include the Runtime?
The FAQ suggests that it excludes Classpath, does this mean it isn't
completely open source?

 when I go to the downloads page I am still told I need to accept the
Sun Technologies License and they only have binaries.
Again the FAQ suggests that they are open sourcing from JDK7, we are
currently at 5 (or so I thought) is this going to be a long wait till
we actually get usable open source from Sun?
(did we move to version 6 without me noticing, actually last time I
actually checked what version I was using it was 1.5, but we won't go
into that thing)
