There's no legal way to do it *for free*.  The encryption was broken in 
violation of the DMCA, and to decrypt it legally you must use software whose 
vendors have acquired a license to decrypt the media.  As I understand it, 
that's not possible to include in freely redistributable software (like 
Ubuntu).
