"We won't add 'man xconfig' to the Wiki because we don't have the
source" is, however, a political statement.  I'm trying to do it myself,
but I'm having an issue with the Wiki at the moment.

But never mind; I'll eventually get into the Wiki and then I'll do it
myself.
