Base it in Zimbabwe then. :)

On MP3 though, I think enough noises have emerged from the patent
holders about that they don't mind people listening to some software mp3
player for personal use without paying license fees.  There must be ways
of limiting legal risks and going one extra step, from the current
'providing the information on how to install mp3 suport' to 'providing
the information how to install mp3 support AT THE RIGHT PLACE & TIME!
(i.e. when someone tries to open an mp3 file).
