Not really. The use of the logo is about brand identification. We
wouldn't want the logo to be indentified with tupperware products that
we don't manufacture for example.

However, if they say

"System Requirements: PC running Ubuntu with 256Mb RAM (512Mb
recommended) and a video card with 32MB RAM (64MB recommended)."

with the Ubuntu logo beside the word, it would be ok.
