It's supposed to be OSI - I don't follow license discussions closely enough
to know (or care) whether RMS likes that one (or for that matter to
remember what OSI stands for!).  If I'm allowed to have the source and
nobody is allowed to take any mods I make and call them their own, I'm
happy with it.
