Also, on the question of 'why are you using FOSS software' you mention
all kinds of mushy reasons like 'the gnu philosophy' and 'allergy to
microsoft', but you don't provide a checkbox that says "It doesn't cost
money, Einstein!"  (Also is "better security and fewer
virus/adware/spyware/malware" in there as an option?)  

These need to be added or that question won't give you valid results as
people mostly will just pick a checkbox rather than write something
that's not provided.
