Will install CD and Live CD be merged in the future?

AFAIK, the plan is to ship the Live CD, with Espresso on it, which
allows Shipit to only ship a single cd. This means that Shipit will
also ship Kubuntu cds for Dapper.

As for servers, there is the ubuntu-server iso. For fai and other
methods of installing the desktop, the regular install cd has not gone
anywhere, it will just be a bit harder to find, as by default users
will be directed to download the LiveCD.
